Here's a recipe for one of our favorite gin cocktails;

The Bee's Knees Cocktail

• 2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz honey syrup

Shake well until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Cheers!
